No matter what you're struggling through, we're here to help you find hope for future flourishing and rewrite your story to get there. Along the counseling journey, we'll get to know you as a whole person and help you understand yourself as well. Unraveling the knots of past memories and traumas, we’ll work through patterns of behaviors to build a clear path forward. Step by step, the journey will be one of connection, clarity, and hope.
Everyone has a textured, complex story, with old threads from the past still coloring every present moment. No matter your reason for seeking therapy, we’re here to deeply listen and understand your thoughts and perspectives so we can work together toward the future you’ve always wanted.
Maybe you struggle to relate to people and don’t really feel seen or understood. Maybe you want deeper friendships or romantic relationships, but you tend to push people away. Maybe inexplicable anxiety or shame gets in the way of closeness with your partner, or you just feel stuck in the same loops and patterns.
Our counselors are skilled at helping you detangle and unwind the things holding you back. Even when you feel stuck and think, "this is just the way I am," we can pull on the threads and discover the pivotal moments or themes in your life that impact how you experience life today. Tracing and untangling at the pace that's best for you, until each knot is released into freedom and joy.
Our counselors work with a range of modalities so we can pair each person with the right counselor for their needs. We use the counseling journey to deeply know you and build a vision for where you want to go. The relationship you build with your counselor is the foundation for your growth. We want you to feel seen, understood, and valued from the very beginning.
Our counselors utilize Attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Somatic therapies, spiritual counseling, and others. No matter how hard your path has been thus far, we can work together to heal the past, live in the present, and create a vision for a life you have always wanted.
And when life is just confusing, hard or overwhelming.
When we are mired down by anxiety, depression, loneliness, or feeling overwhelmed, it is difficult to fully engage in important relationships and the good things in life. As we unravel old wounds, negative patterns, or the inner critic, you will find laughter, hope, peace returning. Painful memories won't bother you like they used to and won't derail your whole day. The vision you've had for yourself that has seemed out of reach will begin to become reality.
You will always have a safe and welcoming space to work through challenges and connect with your emotions. We recommend weekly counseling sessions to build the relationship with your counselor and make consistent progress on areas important to you.

Being a kid is hard, and being a teen is even harder! The brain is growing and developing, hormones are raging, there are constantly new experiences and difficulties to navigate. Sometimes our kids and teens (not to mention us parents) need some support.
We work with young people and their families to navigate these difficulties. Maybe your teen is struggling to connect with others at school, or your child has been through some traumatic events and needs a safe place to process and heal. Maybe their emotions are more intense than you feel you can navigate on your own, or your teen is having scary thoughts of hurting themselves. Perhaps they struggle with body image or disordered eating.
At Neuro Colorado we use a variety of modalities like talk therapy, art, music, movement, and neurofeedback to help your child or teen feel safe. They’ll have a comfortable space to confidently express themselves, discover more about who they are, and learn how to manage the intense feelings they have.
We’re here to support families to build individual stability and group connection. With support and guidance, every member of your family can flourish.
Blending counseling and neurotherapy creates a unique and powerful approach to therapy, setting us apart at our clinic in Denver. While counseling helps individuals understand their struggles and develop new coping strategies, neurostimulation actively supports this process by encouraging the brain to create different patterns of activity in real-time. By simultaneously addressing both the psychological and neurological aspects of healing, clients experience increased freedom, clarity, and relaxation.
Ultimately, our goal is the same whether you integrate both services or stick with one: we’ll provide a warm and supportive environment where you can experience transformative healing at both the emotional and neurological levels.

Everyone has a textured, complex story, with old threads from the past still coloring every present moment. No matter your reason for seeking therapy, we’re here to deeply listen and understand your thoughts and perspectives so we can work together toward the future you’ve always wanted.
You will meet with your therapist to imagine what you want your life to look and feel like in the future. Then, you’ll explore the tapestry of your past and see how it impacts your experience of life today. You and your counselor will decide the best way to unravel the impact of the past and create a path toward the future you want. This process is relational and we’ll make sure you are seen, heard, and deeply known by your counselor and yourself.
It’s normal to want to know how long your treatment plan will last, but the duration varies for each individual. With counseling, it takes time to find the root patterns and past experiences informing your daily wellbeing. Everyone is different, and we can say that you already have the courage you need to make the whole journey when you choose to start your first session. Your counselor will be with you through it all, prompting growth and inviting healing.
